I will first give a little presentation on the most common Unconscious Influences that affect our peace, happiness, and relationships, then I will address the questions.

 In My Presentation, I Will Explain:

How Unconscious Influences Cause us to Think, Internalize, React, and Act in ways that Undermine Our Sense of Peace and Happiness, Keep Us in Limitation, and Adversely Affect Our Relationships.

Here are a few of the ways our Unconscious Influences show up and affect our life, keeping us from becoming our Best Self and having harmonious relationships – and how we can overcome their affect on our life.

I Will Discuss:

HURT FEELINGS: Learn How to Avoid Hurt Feelings – which is best;    and Manage Hurt Feelings Effectively – when it happens and doing so with a satisfying outcome.

OUR DEFAULT POSITION: This is Our Reactionary State – and it Acts Upon Us Without Our Conscious Consent. Learn what they are (some are ANGER, BLAME, CRITICISM, JUDGMENT, and CONTROLLING TENDENCIES) and how to Avoid Reactions that Ultimately do not get Us The Results We Are Looking For.

FRUSTRATIONS: Our Frustrations Cause us to Act and React in Ways that Undermine Our Peace and Happiness. Learn the Reasons for Your Frustrations, and how to Effectively Work through them so they do not Cause further Hurts.

OUR EXPECTATIONS: Our Expectations Play a Big Role in Many of Our  Frustrations, as well as Our Misunderstandings with Others. Many are Conscious; Some Are not.

OUR BOUNDARIES: Know Where You End, and Others Begin. Ensuring We Have Healthy Boundaries Keeps Us Emotionally Strong – and Empowered. .

NEEDINESS: When We Are Needy, we Attempt to Infringe on Another’s Inner World to Feel Loved and Satisfied. However, Neediness Pushes Others Away – rather than Bring them Closer to Us.
